More loops here. Joe listened to a lot of Saharan electric guitar music recorded in dirty tents and liked their Chinese amplifier surf-rock sounds with their grungy rhythms. At the time, we was obsessed. Also going around with some young ladies at night during a very cold time of the year, when the night feels small and cold like a wet towel wrapped around your head like in Total Recall.
